If I'm honorably discharge from the military and receiving disability payment from VA, does it make me eligible for past military service?

Veteran's benefits that are coming to your from the VA are not taxable and do not go on your tax return.  What are you trying to do?

Yes, if you are a Veteran then you can state that you had past military service. Can you clarify your question? What area are you working on?

 

Please be aware VA benefits are not taxable.
