if it asks for my military w2 after I put it in already and puts me in a loop what should I do

Here's a "BUT"..

....but, when entering that military W-2, on the page right after the main form...did you check the box saying that the W-2 was for active duty service? Unless you checked that box, then the W-2 isn't "tagged' as being for active duty.....even if it is obviously from DFAS.
