If was in the military last year out of country. My state taxes were not taxed. I was discharged from the military in October 2018. are my states taxes still not taxed?

If you live in a state that excludes military income, you will not be taxed on the wages you earned while active duty.

You will be taxed on the wages you earned after your discharge in October, 2018, and perhaps, on other types of income you received.
