Im military. My home of record is New Jersey but I didnt spend a day in NJ so I dont owe them. How do I fix my tax forms on Turbotax to reflect this?

If NJ is your military State of Legal Residence (SLR), then for tax purposes you remain a resident of NJ regardless of where you are stationed, and your military pay is taxable by NJ.

You can only change your SLR by filing DD Form 2058 with DFAS.
