Question

Is there a way to fix the form 104AD for my CO return it says I cant exceed $7500 for my spouses Military Ret, however his military ret pay was $19,187?

CO military retirement pay exclusion is controlled by age.  Those under age 55 can exclude up to $7,500. those ages 55-64 can exclude up to $20,000. those age 65 and over can exclude up to $24,000.

 

The age 55 and younger amounts do increase over the next few years.
