Question

It keeps asking for our active duty military W2s, but they’re already entered. When I click done, why does it bring me back to same screen again?

Probably this one:

 

1) Go back to the Federal section and Edit each military W-2 you've entered.

2)  Just check the numbers on the main form...but then step thru the next pages after it.

3)  On one of the pages that follows the main form,  is a page with a whole big list of check-boxes.  Make sure the very top one (Active duty Military) is checked, and the bottom checkbox isn't.  

4)  Then work you way back out thru an Questions that follow it to the main menu page before continuing on with whatever you were doing before.
