Military Discount is not applying at the end. Trying to charge full price on Deluxe.

I have tried all the suggestions from previous years from the form. Nothing is working. W2 is checked as active duty. Why is turbo tax not recognizing Military status? It has other years. Deluxe is covered under the Free for Military correct?

This article says the Military Discount is applied when you File.

If this is not the case, you can Contact TurboTax Support for help.

For the "Online" Deluxe or Premium..yep..free for Enlisted military folks.

Should be as long as you indicated your Military enlisted E-rank in the Personal Info section.

I had the same problem. The Customer Support lady who was trying to help me seemed baffled why the discount wasn't showing up. In the end, she had to generate a service code for me that canceled out the remaining balance.
