military pay exclusion not working

in the military and have done state military exclusion before but its not working currently

    1)  Which State?    No one knows which state you are talking about...until you provide that information, only then can anyone provide a hint as to how to go about it for that particular state.

     

    2)  Military W-2?    or Military Retirement 1099-R?
