Military Household. Husband active duty with home state of Minnesota . He is stationed at Fort Benning GA and we rent house in Alabama. His sole income is his active military pay. I worked both in Minnesota and Georgia. We rent our home and have no earned income, drivers license or registrations in Bama are we required to file a return? I know we file non resident Georgia and resident Minnesota.

Everything you said is correct.

You will file a Minnesota resident return and all of your income is reported there.  You worked in Georgia, so you will file a non-resident there and only include your income.  You will get a credit on the Minnesota return for "Taxes paid to another State".

Since your home of record is Minnesota, and you didn't work in Alabama you do not have to file an Alabama return.
