My Husband and I are Active duty military with Home of records in Mass. (me) and Texas (Him). Mass is asking for his income. Will they come after me for his income?

Massachusetts does not have a legal right to your spouse's income.

Active duty service members have always been able to keep one state as their state of legal residency (usually their Home of Record) for tax purposes even when they move frequently on military orders. A state of legal residence (SLR) is also considered their “domicile” or “resident” state.

Massachusetts has a claim on your income, Texas has a claim on his income even though Texas has no state income tax.
