NY State IT-360.1 for Mil Spouse moving from NYC to VA

My wife and I got married on June 12th of 2020, and she moved from Brooklyn, NY to VA at the end of July.  She began claiming TX as her legal state of residence for tax purposes after we were married as per the VBTA however NY State has asked us for additional information about her move from NYC to VA with the form IT-360.1 requesting additional information.  We filed jointly via Turbotax, which ultimately made us submit a joint NY State return, so our AGI and all of the other numbers are for us both, not specific to hers for this form.  Any suggestions on who to contact or how to sort through this to ensure we get our refund?

Thanks,
John

There may be contact information on the notice you received.  That should be the first option.  Here is a link to the NY Dept of Taxation and Finance.  You may find useful contact information there as well.
