Two years ago there was a method of listing the VA compensation(not subject to Federal Income Tax) for purposes of calculating the allowable deduction for Sales Taxes.  I do not see that entry for 2019.  What am I missing?  Or has the filing been changed?

In the Sales Tax section, you will see a screen titled 'Non Taxable Income' (screenshot).

TurboTax automatically adds the non-taxable portion of pensions and Social Security to your income for calculating your Sales Tax rate.

You can see the calculations on the Tax and Interest Deduction Worksheet in your return.
