Am I tax exempt? Im an overseas contractor but I rotate home a lot. 42 days in aghan then 37 days back in the U.S. I plan on keeping this job for at least 3 years. I don't meet the 330 days rule, but I've read something about planning on keeping the job longer than a year qualifies you.
