W2 box E/F HELP!

In box E/F for employee address it only

gives me a number/letter combo.

when I try to enter that, turbo wants me to entering the state, zip code, information still. What do I enter?

    Be sure to check the box in the employer address field to indicate that the address type is Other instead of US Address.

     

    This will give you further options to specify an address that would be formatted differently than a standard US address.
