25c residential energy credits not up to date and Turbo Tax does not acknowledge this in any way within the software.

Tax credits under 25C residential energy is not up to date and Turbo Tax does not list it under tax form to be administered nor do they highlight notification next to Home Energy Credits that an update is pending. This section needs to be adressed.

The energy forms are not yet ready. You have to wait.

Tax form availability tool,

No hurry to e-file since the IRS will not begin to accept/reject 2023 e-files until January 29.

The IRS Form 5695 Residential Energy Credits for tax year 2023 has not been finalized in the TurboTax program.

The Form 5695 for tax year 2023 is scheduled to be available on 01/24/2024 (subject to change)
