Made a mistake entering 1099-int

I filed our 2023 taxes electronically using TurboTax. ,The return was accepted by the IRS and we received our refund.   I have now discovered that I made a mistake when I entered the 1099-int we received from the Treasury Department for some Savings Bonds we redeemed.  I entered the correct amount from Box 3 but I neglected to enter the tax withheld amount  from Box 4.   When I file the 1040x  do I need to send a copy of the 1099?  Or is a note saying that I did not enter the amount from  Box 4 sufficient?

Part of the amended return is a statement describing why you are amending. That should be sufficient.
