I have a large portion of my retirement in IRA's that have dropped over 35% since Dec 2021. Is the IRS/govt making any provisions for calculating 2022 RMD levels considering I am not alone in this loss of retirement income?

    No, the tax code has not changed in reference to RMD's for tax year 2022.
