If you mean a Turbotax card that your tax return comes on ... when you file the 2020 return next year and have a refund & use a paid program and then be dumb enough to agree to pay an extra $45 to have the TT fees withheld from your refund and choose the card as an option to get the refund ... that is how you do it.

However the smart thing is to NOT pay an extra refund processing fee at all ... you can use the free options and have the refund placed on a prepaid debit card you can buy at almost any store for just $5.

If you qualify AND if you wait until mid January THEN you can use one of the IRS FREE FILE options to file a fed & state return for free ... but you must be patient. https://www.irs.gov/filing/free-file-do-your-federal-taxes-for-free
