My name is [PII removed] and on 9/4/2019 around about 430or450 I use the ATM at Sam's Meat Market there was a guy there working on the ATM but he said it was ok to use so I put my card in to take out $60 but nothing came out I was mad so I told the man that was still there that my money did not come out. He said that the money would be back on my card with in 2 days .I did call Green Dot and they had me to right a letter saying what happened so I did that .But I feel like this is not right why should I have to wait to get my money they told me give them 2 to 3 weeks this so so wrong. I have disputed the 430 charge on my card and im filing a police repirt on it tomorrow.

Well i found a 50.00 unauthorised transaction that the person that is taking this money from me that was sent to his pay pal account so i kniw who did it and im pressibg charges tomorrow. I still need to dispute tge 50.00 transaction with you though. Hiw can i fill oyt tge dispute form online and email it to you?

I lost my card. Immediately called and had it cancelled but someone had already stolen the money off it. I disputed the transactions multiple times each time they denied it claiming no fraud was found.. I guarantee if they actually did an investigation and reviewed the footage it would prove it is not me. Video would prove that instantly. Green dot is a shotty company . Turbo tax should never have used these scammers

I have filed 4 disputes for my money. They keep denying it and telling me I need more evidence to support my claim. What evidence is even possible to give? My card was lost. Someone found it and stole money off it. I'm about to contact my lawyer. The fact turbotax card services allows customers to be stolen from and breach their own contract is appalling . In the card holder agreement it says " card holders are protected from unauthorized charges " I'm out $460 and about to lose my house because I couldn't pay rent. Thanks turbo tax for ruining my life.

Yes someone is use my card on a sport betting app which took 910 out my account I need my money is there anyway to get it back or have another card sent out...

I have tried 6 times to reach the turbo tax.dispute dept due to the several double charges on my card. I have 5 charges on my account that were charged 2 times to my card. Every time I have called them I get someone who picks up amd then transfers me to the dispute dept and from there no one ever picks up I've waited over an hour each time and once I waited just to see if they were going to pick up I waited for 2 hours amd 16 minutes and still no one answered.. I feel that they are doing this on purpose not wanting to give me my money back they total over 300. Im a single mom and this is alot of money to me.and my kids. Please help
