Why is my colorado state still pending

I filed Feb 1st. Already got my Federal back but Colorado still shows pending (Feb 20th).

I filed 1/31 & to this day my return still shows that it has yet to be received and or processed. On the 1st bar. It says allow 24 to 48 hours to see that it was received. But it's been 3 weeks if u count since the 31st and if ur counting since the 12th that's 8 days now! This has never happened before with just waiting to see if my return is even been received none the less processed. I am quite concerned why there is no progress for anyone commenting on this thread... what is really going on??!

I filed with H&R Block this year on a whim. State return has been filed but not “recieved” on the revenue website. The problem is on the department of revenue’s end.

Yes, like everyone else it now shows accepted BUT....still a disclosure on time frame. 

Your 12/31/2023 return was received on 2/12/2024. Your return is being processed. No action is required by you at this time. Please allow 2-6 weeks for the processing of your return and refund.

I filed Colorado state return on February 12. TurboTax site says February 13, and still pending. I understand there’s a delay, but it has been 9 days! How much longer??

Mine was accepted today. Colorado is behind on a lot of things this year. I finally got my property tax statement yesterday, 2/20. First half payment due in 9 days if I want to split it up. Other Colorado government offices I deal with at work are also backed up due to changes. I guess they are trying, but this wasn't on TurboTax. They did their job.

I did my return on Feb. 1st and it was accepted today. Just to keep everyone updated. If you did your taxes around that time you should be getting an acceptance notices soon. 

Thank you for today…I called and talked with a customer service staff and they looked into my pending status since 2/2/2024….I was told to allow the State of Colorado one more week.  Within minutes of ending my call my tax return was accepted by the state.

Finally tracked the delay to Colorado. They acknowledge getting my return on 1 February and accepting it into their system as of 13 February. It entered into the processing part on 22 February. Unknown as to when I will actually see money.

Other than poor communications with Colorado customers, TT functioned correctly.

my state return now shows processing on the Colorado website and TurboTax .. it was transmitted it on 2/1 - which is also when the state says it was received...
