Why is my colorado state still pending

I submitted my stuff February 10th, and it still is listed as pending through Colorado's website. My mom did her taxes the same day and got them within 2 weeks. Honestly, I'm annoyed as it is stated 2-6 weeks, but it's been 7 so far and when I call no one answers at all.

I filed using Revenue Online, the Colorado free filing system.   I filed on 3-11-24, and as of today, 3-29-24,  their refund status page showsni still need to file my return.  I did receive a confirmation letter stating my return was received.  Don't know why it still shows I need to file.   Colorado is getti g worse and worse about just about everything.

I just checked the Colorado Department of Revenue site and they are not accepting returns, yet.  This same scenario happened last year.  This is a Colorado State issue, NOT a Turbo Tax issue.  Here's what is currently posted on the Colorado Department of Revenue site.  I will update this thread when Colorado starts accepting returns.
