Click Live Tax Advice at the top right of your screen. Agree to pay for LIVE and then type schedule an appointment and you can chose to have someone call you back in about 5 minutes, or to use CHAT, or to schedule an appointment at a good time for you.
My 2020 and 2021 tax returns and stimulus checks were never received and I think my social security number is freeze because I tried to report identity theft and track my checks and to get an investigator to trace the people using my name and to prosecute them so I could get my money back that they stole. MY LICENSE AND SOCIAL SECURITY CARD AND MY BIRTH CERTIFICATE WERE ALL STOLEN AND WHEN I TRIED APPLYING FOR A CREDIT CARD THROUGH MY BANK ( CHAMPION CREDIT UNION- ON PATTEN AVE. IN ASHEVILLE NC) I NOTICED SOME LOANS AND GRANTS AND CREDIT CARD DEBTS LISTED THAT I AM BEING HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR BUT I DIDN'T EVEN RECOGNIZE ANY OF THOSE FUNDS RECEIVED IN MY NAME AND I AM JUST NOW GETTING THE OPPORTUNITY TO REPORT THIS FRAUDULENT CRIMES AGAINST ME AND MY CREDIT NOW BECAUSE I'VE BEEN BEING HELD INCARCERATED AT HAYWOOD COUNTY JAIL AND MADISON COUNTY JAIL SINCE BEFORE THANKSGIVING OF 2020 AGAIN BECAUSE SOMEBODY HAS BEEN USING MY IDENTITY WITH MY IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS AND MY STOLEN LICENSE I AM STILL EXPECTED TO APPEAR IN COURT FOR CRIMINAL CHARGES IN MY NAME THAT I HAVE NO CLUE HOW OR WHEN THOSE CHARGES ORIGINATED FROM IT WAS ANOTHER PERSON IMPERSONATING ME WITH MY IDENTIFICATION AND THERE WAS TALK OF SOMEONE RENTING CARS AND OTHER PURCHASES WITH MY IDENTIFICATION AS WELL I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO PROVE I'M NKT THE PERSON WHO HAS BEEN DOING THESE THINGS AND ALSO TO GE MY MONEY BACK. I WENT ONLINE TO THE SOCIAL SECURITY WEBSITE AND LEFT A DETAILED MESSAGE ABOUT IDENTITY THEFT AND FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS THEY OFFERED FOR REPORTING FRUAD A WHILE BACK, BUT SINCE THEN I'VE CHANGED PHONE NUMBERS AND I DON'T KNOW IF THEY'VE ATTEMPTED TO REACH ME ON MY OLD NUMBER OR NOT BUT I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING BACK FROM ANYONE REGARDING MY IDENTITY THEFT REPORTING.
