Question

What is best way to proceed when turbo tax program is stuck and not responding? sign out?

I tried all the things recommended in other replies and nothing worked.  I finally got through to TurboTax tech support via the support phone # on Costco CD-ROM cover.  She recommended signing in as Administrator (right click on TurboTax icon) and it worked!
