Question

When I enter Turbotax License code to activate Turbotax, I get error code 606. I have entered the license code correctly. How can I fix this issue?

I am using Premier version. I have double checked the license code that I have entered.

What error code are you getting? Are you trying to install the program or file your return?

Have the same issue twice, 2024 Premier version bought at Costco.

"The License code you entered is not valid. Error: 606"

Any fix? or just return to the Store?

Please make sure you are using the correct code as error code 606 indicates the number entered is not correct. Please see how do I find my license code for TurboTax Desktop for more support to make sure you are using the correct number.
