Question

I am trying to transfer my data from 2021 to start my 2022 return. I follow the steps and it just keeps me going in a loop and the data never transfers. Help please

    We are currently having an issue with not being able to carry forward prior years’ tax information to a new return. Our product development team is working on resolving this issue and will have it resolved ASAP.

    The issue has been resolved. You should now be able to transfer your 2021 TurboTax Online return into 2022.

    I am having this issue now. I filed with turbotax online for the past 2 years. I am faced with the question:

    If you used TurboTax Online last year, we can help you jump start this year's return with a transfer from last year.
    Would you like us to help you sign into your account?
    Yes, help me sign into my account
    No. I want to skip file transfer
     
    When I click Yes, and Continue, I am then prompted to log in again to my account, then it brings me right back to this page. Please help!
