I've logged into the Cra website and my Sin and Id is confirmed. How do I fix Turbotax not being able to import my tax data?

The green status bar is frozen. Even though I've signed into my CRA account and my SIN appears to be verified.. it appears to me that Quicktax is still waiting for me to sign in and verify my SIN. I'm not sure what to do.

    Is the version you are using online? We advise trying a different browser and cleaning your cache and cookies. Make sure your internet connection is steady as well.
