Question

Trying to start up a tax return but it does not ask how I filed last year for me to upload the previous years information. Does anyone know why it is doing this?

I hit start new return and it just asks me to manually input all my information and does not let me upload the 2023 tax information. Note I went from Desktop to Online this year.

    Unfortunately, you can’t transfer information from TurboTax Online into TurboTax CD/Download.
