I have a Turbo tax prepaid card and need to dispute a transaction how can I get a dispute form that I can email them on my phone

I can't get no-one on the phone I have a turbo prepaid card and I got charge three times of 30.00$ to finger hut but the fingerhunt merchant sait it didn't go three but I have been charge 30.00 three times each but money not back on my card thank you my name is Sharon Richardson

If it's worth it take it to Arbitration.  That's what I'll be doing.

TURBO TAX YOU GUYS SUCK!!! HORRIBLE COSTOMER SERVICE. A **bleep** COMPANY OVERALL. DO NOT USE THEM. 

You can't. They don't care about this. I had ordered something online using my turbo card. I was told my item would be shipped in 3 - 5 days. After nearly 2 months I still had not received my item. I initiated a dispute and it was denied the next day. Turbo said they found no error. That was their reason. There's nothing you can do except get rid of this card. Unfortunately you will never get your money back. They work for the scammers apparently.

I’ve been trying to dispute some transactions from my account that I did not even do are even get a chance to spend any of it on my children and we get back is 47 dollars this has got to be a joke. All that money was stolen from my babies and we really really needed that money to help keep our home. Please help us get our money back please so we don’t loose our home. We didn’t even get a chance to spend a dollar. Please help me and my babies.

Two charges need deputed they were not me. So I pulled the rest of cash from the card. A Safeway and a target charge all in one day. Thank you
