I went to the ATM on march 16th to withdraw $100.00 and didnt dispense me no money I try 200 and it did me the same thing and I went to the ATM kn march 18th to withdraw 200 it didnt dispense me no money im out pf $500.00 I would likely money back you can call me at [phone number removed]

Once again the card is issued by Green Dot Bank  not TT ... the TT name is on the card for co branding only the same way Green Dot does with Walmart and other companies that they partner with.  If you have issues with Green Dot Bank you need to take it up with them ... no one at TT or on this public forum have any way to help with the debit card.

The investigation of the dispute is wrong i don't understand why you think it's right for someone to steal money from someone and the one who gets money took from them you thinks they be lying about there money i believe that you people is working with the one's who took my money cause you people is doing nothing for me to recover my money and that's wrong

And my email was [email address removed] now my email is [email address removed] i just sent the transaction cases and that's what I think about you people reason working with the one's who took my money claim number SF- and you people is wrong for working with the one's who took my money it's might be someone who's work with your company who took my money that's you people holding my refund up and that's the reason I'm still waiting and I paid all my money for using TurboTax and one more thing you people must everything that I was getting and that's why I don't have my money
