I don't know where to start with this tax site and without some sort of guidance for your patrons, I really don't see how you've stayed in business past the first day

@RonaldBarnes101   This is a public user forum and we are other users.   It is not safe to post your phone number here or any personal info.  Anyone could call you and say they are from Turbo Tax to scam you.

 

 Do you have a specific question?   Are you trying to use the Online browser version or the Desktop CD/Download program?

My efile was rejected

You should have received an email from turbotax@intuit.com with the subject line Action Needed. If you don't see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam/junk folder. If you did not receive an email it's okay, just reopen your return and you will see the reason your return was rejected and the steps to follow there. For information and assistance with fixing a rejected return, click here

my Oregon State return e filed was rejected. The message you sent was the third stimulus payments were not being included. Today I updated my software and went back through the return and the third stimulus payment  is still not being included

@Jkilwien  There is a known issue with the Oregon return around Federal tax liability subtraction that is currently being corrected. The third Federal economic stimulus payments were not being included in the calculation. Your rejection message says to come back on or after February 17, 2022 and apply any product updates (online products update automatically). After applying the update,

  • Go through your Oregon return again
  • Run final review, make any applicable changes if necessary
  • Re-transmit the return(s)

Note: The calculation change may affect your refund.

 

If you have done all of this and it is still not working, please give it a couple more days, also try a Manual Update and removing and re-starting your state return.

After emailing my Federal and Oregon State returns I printed them The state returns are pages of gobbledegook. I need to see the real Oregon State returns. I sure hope that what I printed didn't get set to Salem Oregon.
